Terms of Use

• Schools create accounts for their administrators, teachers and parents. You must be invited by a school to use KiddyCubs.
• Keep your phone, password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell your school or us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

You agree not to:

• share other families' information, photos or messages outside KiddyCubs without permission;
• post anything unlawful, abusive or harmful to children;
• try to access information you are not entitled to, or disrupt the service.

Schools may remove content and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Schools and teachers are responsible for the information, photos and messages they post, and for having the consents they need (for example parents’ consent to share photos). Parents should contact their school about the accuracy of their child’s records.

Fees are set by each school. Where online payment is available, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms. Refunds and disputes about school fees are handled by the school.

We work to keep KiddyCubs available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We may change or pause features to improve or protect the service. KiddyCubs does not replace a school’s own safety, medical or emergency procedures.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of KiddyCubs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer law.

You can stop using KiddyCubs and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. See the account deletion page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
