Delete your KiddyCubs account

• Email support@kiddycubs.com from the email address on your account, or include the mobile number you sign in with.
• Use the subject line “Delete my KiddyCubs account”.
• Tell us your name and your child’s preschool so we can find the right account.

We confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

• Your sign-in (phone number or email) and profile, including your photo.
• Messages you sent, and your family contact details.
• Your link to your children, so you no longer see their records.

Your child’s school records (such as attendance and fee records) belong to the school. The school may keep them where it is required to, for example for accounting. Ask the school if you want those records deleted too. Payment records may be kept for up to 7 years where the law requires it.
